For applying the new member ship, a college should be attached the documents like

1. Application in College letter head

2. CMC decision minutes

3. Recommendation from Municipality- Ward

4. Audit report of 3 consecutive years

5. Campus renewal form- certificate

6. Campus Regulations fulfilling the norms of Community College- Approved copy 

7. Recommendations from concerned District or province committee of NPCA

8. Bank voucher paying Rs 15000 for nenewal, 5000 for Welfare fund membership.
